How to qualify:

·                   Check-out calendar for available dates (Note: we keep our calendar up to date)

·                   You must have rented directly from us before (unit 2703)

·                   Provide your name and past confirmation # on new registration form

·                   Your name must have appeared on past registration form as a guest

·                   Book 6 days or less before your arrival date

·                   No minimum rental

·                   Payments must be received prior to check-in (over night delivery may be required)

·                   All payments must be in the form of a MONEY ORDER or BANK CHECK

·                   Once payment is received room rental is non-refundable

·                   You must include a $250.00 (refundable) damage deposit and a $75.00 cleaning fee with room rental payment
