Reservation Instructions Please call 386-547-1616 for current rates and dates. To make a reservation we ask for full payment of house rental, cleaning fee and damage deposit. Payments are due 90 days prior to check-in date in order to lock in your requested dates. (Your damage deposit will be refunded in full if no damage is done.) Be sure to read the payment and cancellation policies stated on the Reservation Form, complete the form and follow the mailing instructions. Payment
Forms
Reservation cancellation requests must be made in writing either by email or U.S. mail. No refunds of first months rent if you cancel your reservation for any reason at anytime. Security deposit and any other monies collected will be refunded if the cancellation is more than 90 days in advance of check in (other than first months rent).
